Summers at Galveston Beach… Family Photography

Summer is coming to an end and my family beach sessions are as well. I shot my last summer beach family session this past weekend and it was a family of sixteen. That’s right, I also shoot extended family sessions. Specially at the beach (my happy place). It has been a busy couple of weeks, which I am beyond grateful. Not everyone gets to work their dream job, but I do and I truly enjoy every second of it. Meeting new families and witnessing kids-families grow behind your camera is full JOY!

I won’t be back at the beach until fall to see a family I absolutely adore, meeting their new baby has me very excited. Erica if you are reading this I can’t wait!!!

More on this lovely session… The day started with a full on thunderstorm ask this momma, we kept communication all week because if you live in Texas you know the weather has a mind of her own. I was thrilled when I arrived and saw the sun shinning full force, as you can see here below.

More on my fall schedule… Maricruz Photography is 90% booked, (YAY) you guys don’t know how excited I am! I know I don’t book my family session until I know my daughters school schedule with activities and husbands schedule. Trust me I get it, I am right there with you. If you have dates in mind shoot them my way and we can set you up with possible dates.

August = Blog LOVE all the way, more sessions to come in the next few days and weeks. I do have a lot of catching up to do.

This lovely family is from Idaho and was visiting Galveston. I know they will for ever remember their time at the beach. We had so much fun. It was nothing formal at all, the kids had the best time.
