Superman got nothing on me… Houston Family Photographer

After having lunch with Julie last summer we decided we would be great friends, and here I am shooting her second family session. We decided that for this one we would stay in town, even though it was a bit of a drive for this sweet family as they live west of Houston. Check out our first session here. Having baby Sawyer join us was the icing on the cake, he is such a lovable baby!! Mommas love and kisses are the best at our sessions. Sam jumping like superman was magic and baby’s Sawyer laugh was contagious. We absolutely enjoyed every moment as you can see.

I won’t go on an on for hours because like I mentioned before, I have a lot more blogging to do. I seriously need to be more systematic when it comes to my site and sharing more of my sessions. I also need an update on my blog and I can only hope to get to it sometime this summer. I tend to forget things so it might be stored in the back of my brain, LOL. Someone PLEASE remind me. Ohh and REMINDER!!!  Follow me on on Instagram, Facebook is driving me bonkers with it’s low resolution on images and not reaching all my followers.

Baby Winn… Houston Family Photographer

I have been procrastinating, not because I want to, but because I have been very busy and guys, that’s a good sign! I was extremely happy when I found this amazing studio in downtown last fall and decided I would give it a shot as I’ve never offered family sessions in a studio. It was time for a little change and Houston’s weather made this decision very easy! Y’all, it’s constantly changing, one day with have sun and the next it’s pouring down on us. The studio is amazing!! I have several asked where this place is located and it’s above a delicious cafe called Tout Suite in downtown. I have become a huge fan of that place and you will see me there a lot, haha.

Let’s talk more about this beautiful family. A good friend of mine who is also in this business thought that they would be a great fit with me and she sent them my way, thank you friend ;). We all had a ball, baby Win was all smiles during our session and Lady, his little dog was absolutely adorable.

I still have to blog a few more sessions, I think the rain will help because it will keep me inside with something to do, hahaha. Keep checking back for some more fun and beautiful family studio sessions!

This is six… Houston Child Photographer

I have a spontaneous, goofy, serious six year old!! Eekk, I can’t even believe it. (Sobbing) I need to remind my self that before I know it she will be a 15 year old headed to high school. Enjoying every moment I get with her is truly a gift from God. Over our winter break we spent time with my grandparents, I saw how humble my daughter is and also how grateful she is for everything that is given to her. The moments that seem not important are the most important.

As I was editing these images, tears were flowing down my face. I mean, look at her!

This session was just about her having fun in a wide open space (I mean look at this studio is freaking AMAZING).

I am working on a special project for my daughter. I have been thinking about maybe making it public and offering a few sessions to some very special little girls. Please keep a look out on my Instagram and Facebook for more updates. I am hoping that I am finished just in time before spring is here. Just a little teaser… colors are white, pink, baby blue, and GOLD!! Okay, I might have said too much!
