Remember I talked about sharing more black and white sessions, well here is another black and white blog post but this one is a personal one. I just love the organic feel of black and white that i decided to make all of the images black and white and her outfit couldn’t be more PERFECT.
This little location is literally two houses down and i was so excited we had this yummy light coming in, we shot this mini session i believe back in October, I told ya that slow season is great for us photographers, at some point we get to edit and share are own personal projects-sessions. This lifestyle session was shot weeks before she turned five and I’m happy to have these few shots of her just being her self and enjoying nature which she loves very much. To get the most out of a child lifestyle session you have to just lay back and let the model enjoy what ever she/he loves doing, you just have to be ready to capture the smallest details which are the ones that matter the most, in my opinion. I’m no expert but i do have my own vision when shooting a lifestyle family or child session. You can get a lot from visiting an art museum, I learned that last summer when i took my first workshop and it’s so true. So before heading out to your next session visit an art museum and let me know if it helped.
