 it’s that time of the month again and here is my 10 on 10 for the pumpkin month.

we went to dewberry farm to pick out some pumpkins and to have a good family day, this is our third year going and we love it even more every time we go.. weather was perfect, finally got some cool weather here in in the south so we knew it was time to go. I never thought about getting some white pumpkins but B was very interested in them so we got one, im very excited to see how she decorates it.. this time around she was way more excited to choose the pumpkins, she wanted to bring home a pumpkin her size 😐 ummm yeah that didn’t happen lol..

game on… that’s what i feel right now… i dropped the ball, didn’t pick up my camera in about three weeks, you may ask your self why?? well it was a little bit of everything having a sick toddler, keeping up with so many other things going on in my personal life that no longer keep me up at night and just life in general,  as you all know I’m over weight and the month of september i decided to keep going with my diet and just focus on that. there’s a history of diabetes and high blood pressure in my family and i don’t want to get sick and deal with that at a young age so i had to do a lot of cooking and stay on schedule.. i feel great in the month of september i lost 15lbs that originally  had gain back from june to august so it feels great to be back and keep going.

sooo i was excited to pick up my camera gain and said to my self how about a new lens to make it even more fun haha.. i know, i know, you’re probably thinking if only i can buy a lens every time i feel discouraged … thing is you have to be very specific on what you need to challenge your self a little more, had several options and finally decided to go with the 28mm 1.8, a friend of mine had let me borrow it and i fell in love with it so i decided to go for it.. Next thing you know it was it was at my front door and we did a little magic….
