Whaa?? Yes I am back with more sneak peeks.

I lost count but I am so happy to cater to other amazing photographers. This beautiful family came down from Dallas for their beach session.

I remember when I first started shooting and called my self a photographer, it was a few years ago any who. I remember seeing a local photographer’s work and said to myself “I would love to book a session with her for my daughter.” The photographer didn’t offer digital packages like I do but she offered products, prints and such and hands down I was willing to spend big bucks  on products and digitals. I remember telling my husband “you will probably see a big transaction, in the fifteen hundreds so don’t freak out because it’s me.” I contacted the photographer and she turned me down, I remember her asking if I was a photographer I replied with a “yes” and she told me “sorry I don’t shoot other photographers” which seemed crazy to me. She didn’t want my business or my money or possibly thought I couldn’t afford her (which is fine). That’s when I told my self that the day another photographer sends me an email asking me to shoot her family I would automatically say yes. I don’t see shooting my peers as a threat I see it as a compliment. I absolutely love that other photographers like my style and are happy with the end result. Most of the time we have created friendships which in this business is priceless.
